Healthcare RCM is high-volume, high-stakes operational finance. The work sits inside 837 claim submission and 835 remittance flows, payer-claim aging and days in accounts receivable, CARC and RARC adjustment reason codes, and the operational reports billing teams use to prioritise follow-up. I am most useful where the question is both analytical and operational: data that has to be correct, on a deadline, from systems that were not designed for clean export.
